Ms. EiKhaing Myint, a Staff Officer at Environment, Social Safeguard and Road SafetySection, Department of Highways under Ministry of Construction. She finishedBachelor of Agriculture with the major field of Soil and Water Management in2006 and Master of Agriculture with Soil Science in 2013 from Yezin AgricultureUniversity, Myanmar. Her foreign Master degree is Master of Sustainability andEnvironmental Policy in Global Environmental Policy (MSEP) in 2023 fromUniversity of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

InMyanmar, her bachelor term paper is “Effect of Irrigation on Green Yield andWater Use Efficiency of Greengram” and her master thesis is “Evaluation of theSustainability of Land Use and Soil Management Practices on Shwe-Daung Soils,Mandalay Region by using Some Physico-Chemical Properties”. One more masterthesis title is “Issues and Challenges in Environmental and Social ManagementPlan to ensure of Compliances at Highways Projects in Myanmar”.

Sheworked as an extension worker at Department of Agriculture form 2001 toFebruary 2018. From February 2018 to the present, she has to respond as amember in the processing of the various environmental impacts assessmentreports at all Highways Projects by Department of Highways.
